We offer ...

Free food hampers to those in genuine need in Havant Borough

Food Bank Parcel

You need to be referred by someone who knows your circumstances and is working with you on an ongoing basis e.g. a social worker, Job Centre advisor, housing officer, Citizen Advice, MIND, SDAS and other charities and church ministers. As a last resort if you do not have access to the above e.g. you are elderly then a doctor or nurse can refer you but please be aware that this is not their key role and they may refuse to do so. Food hampers are only available for collection from The Beacon by appointment. Click on the links below for more information.

We accept referrals from:

  • Havant Borough Council
  • Childcare services
  • Social workers
  • Guinness Care & Support
  • Citizens Advice Bureau
  • Job Centre
  • MIND
  • Care homes
  • Doctors & Community Nurses
  • Local churches
  • Other charitable groups

Please make cheques payable to Beacon Food Bank or contact us if you would like to donate by BACS.
